YouTube king Felix ‘PewDiePie’ Kjellberg was completely left speechless after discovering that brilliant Minecraft maps his fans had created of his hometown in Gothenburg, Sweden. With 110 million subs, PewDiePie is the only YouTube’s most subscribed independent content creator. All thanks to his humorous content, which the influencer has created a slew of viral trends over the years and has also helped revive one of the most popular sandbox games of all time.

It’s not a secret that PewDiePie’s widely viewed Minecraft YouTube series has helped to bring the game back into the limelight after its full release in 2011. In the last two years, the Minecraft scene has seen an increase in its popularity and bringing names like TommyInnit and Dream into the limelight. As such, it stands to reason that PewDiePie’s fanbase might honor his Minecraft exploits with fanart, songs, and other such art forms but you will be shocked to know one of his fan group took their appreciation to the next level by completely recreating Kjellberg’s hometown in a detailed, 1:1 scale Minecraft map. The Swedish YouTuber even ran into the artists’ painstakingly accurate model during June 23 Reddit reaction video and it is completely safe to say he was very much stunned.
He was completely shocked and said, “That’s sick!”. He further said, “Woah! No f**king way! I am going to try this out! Is there a download option for this?”
Kjellberg even went on to call the construction an “impossible” feat, but he also said the sweeping view of the cityscape wasn’t the most impressive part of the map’s showcase. The artists, a Minecraft creator were known as ‘PippenFTS’ and their friend group, even recreated Kjellberg’s childhood home, leaving the PewDiePie completely shocked.
He was stunned by this act and he laughed by saying “What? That’s so much trippy man !”. “Holy s**t! This is completely blowing my mind! No f**king way! Oh my god… but well done. That’s so insane.” It’s not about every day that a group of Minecrafters will faithfully recreate a historic city with a population of a half-million people but considering the sheer amount of creativity Minecraft has already allowed its players to express in the past, but this instance comes as the latest one, and wholesome installment of innumerable exploits in a game will continue to produce unforgettable moments.
