There are reports saying Battlegrounds Mobile India data from Android phones is now being sent to Chinese servers. IGN India in their report said that BGMI user’s data is being sent and received from China Mobile Communications servers in Beijing and Tencent runs Proxima Beta in Hong Kong by the Battlegrounds Mobile India APK.

The data is also being sent to Microsoft Azure servers that are located in the US, Mumbai, and Moscow (Russia). Several results disclosed that the Chinese servers are receiving user data from India from their Android devices. It was also found that the data were received by China Mobile Communications Corporation, which is a Chinese state-owned company with a server located in Beijing.
As you know, Before the release of BGMI Krafton already said that the Indian version of PUBG Mobile will always take care of all the necessary formalities and no data of the user will go outside of the country. All the data of the user will be saved up here in the servers in the country, and everything will be processed from within itself with full safety. Krafton did say about the terms of service in which it clearly mentions that the personal information of players will be stored and processed on Indian servers based along with Singapore. The T&C also states BGMI may transfer your data to other countries in order to meet the legal requirements, a way the company found to do the same.
The makers of BGMI, Krafton, opened the early access of Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) for everyone. Though the game hasn’t been officially launched, but you can still download and play Battlegrounds Mobile India and it is only available for Android. As this is an early access version, you have to sign up as a beta tester to play the new PUBG Mobile in India. Earlier Battlegrounds Mobile India(BGMI) release date was expected to happen on June 18, but only early access version has been made available as of now.
Unlike making BGMI available to limited users only, the game can also be downloaded by anybody. All they need to do is just sign up as a beta tester, and you can also play the latest rebranded PUBG Mobile India. The official release date of Battlegrounds Mobile India hasn’t been confirmed yet, but it is expected in a few days now.
According to several statements made by the developers, as of now, the latest battle royale game will be available in Early Access, and the testers can also try it out for reporting the bugs and issues. The official launch date of Battlegrounds Mobile India will be confirmed once the final version is ready without any bugs. The company has also said that they will be fixing the issues and will release the full game once it is ready.
